Ingredients

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup until you get a homogeneous base.
  2. Add the chopped pickles, pickle juice, chopped onion, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir well to combine all ingredients and refrigerate the sauce so the flavors can meld.
  4. Divide the ground beef into equal portions.
  5. Spread a portion of meat over one side of each wheat tortilla, pressing to form a thin layer.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat without adding oil.
  7. Place the tortillas meat-side down and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until the meat is golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Flip the tortilla and place a slice of cheddar cheese on the hot meat so it melts (you can use a lid to speed up the process).
  9. Distribute the iceberg lettuce, chopped tomato, and fried onion over the meat and melted cheese.
  10. Pour the prepared sauce on top and fold the tortilla like a taco before serving.
