- 15 tablespoon of mustard
- 15 tablespoon of ketchup
- 40 units pickles
- 30 tablespoon of pickle juice
- 150 units onion
- 5 to taste Salt
- 3 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 240 units Flour Tortillas
- 400 pack of ground beef
- 120 slice of Cheddar Cheese
- 100 units iceberg lettuce
- 120 units tomato
- 350 jar of fried onion
Method
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup until you get a homogeneous base.
- Add the chopped pickles, pickle juice, chopped onion, salt, and garlic powder.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients and refrigerate the sauce so the flavors can meld.
- Divide the ground beef into equal portions.
- Spread a portion of meat over one side of each wheat tortilla, pressing to form a thin layer.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat without adding oil.
- Place the tortillas meat-side down and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until the meat is golden brown and cooked through.
- Flip the tortilla and place a slice of cheddar cheese on the hot meat so it melts (you can use a lid to speed up the process).
- Distribute the iceberg lettuce, chopped tomato, and fried onion over the meat and melted cheese.
- Pour the prepared sauce on top and fold the tortilla like a taco before serving.
