Honey Mustard Chicken
Chicken thighs marinated and cooked in a creamy honey, mustard, and white wine sauce. Irresistible!

Ingredients
- 900 thigh chicken thigh
- 75 units onion
- 10 clove of garlic clove
- 60 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 60 tablespoons honey
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 100 ml cream
- 20 to taste fresh parsley
- 5 to taste salt
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 5 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 5 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 5 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 30 generous drizzle extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Clean the chicken thighs of fat and marinate them with the sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
- Rub the spices well all over the chicken and let it rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
- Heat a wide pan or shallow pot over high heat and brown the chicken on both sides until well seared.
- Remove the chicken and, in the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic over low heat until they get some color.
- Deglaze with the white wine and reduce over high heat until evaporated.
- Add the Dijon mustard and honey, and mix well with the sautéed ingredients.
- Return the browned chicken to the pan and pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Add the cooking cream and integrate well.
- Reduce the sauce over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, until it thickens and reaches the desired consistency.
- Adjust salt if needed.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
