  5. Whisk the mixture vigorously until completely emulsified.
  6. Prepare the streusel by mixing the oats, brown sugar, cold butter, and flour in a bowl until a sandy texture is obtained.
  7. Place a layer of brioche cubes in an oven-safe dish lined with parchment paper.
  8. Add a layer of peaches over the bread and repeat the process until the dish is full.
  9. Pour the custard mixture over the bread, ensuring all pieces are well soaked.
  10. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and refrigerate to intensify the flavors.
  11. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  12. Add the diced peaches to the pan.
