Epic Honey BBQ Ribs
Succulent oven-baked pork ribs with a magical honey-mustard sauce. A hit with family and friends!

Ingredients
- 1600 unit pork ribs
- 40 dash vinegar
- 10 to taste salt
- 30 dash olive oil
- 3 to taste black pepper
- 5 sprig of rosemary
- 120 tablespoon of ketchup
- 80 tablespoon of honey
- 60 tablespoon of mustard
- 40 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Method
- Place the pork ribs on the baking tray.
- Pour a dash of vinegar, salt, a dash of olive oil, black pepper, and a few sprigs of rosemary over the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil, creating a papillote.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, honey, mustard, and apple cider vinegar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Bake the wrapped ribs at 220 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the oven, unwrap them, and generously coat with the prepared sauce.
- Bake the ribs again for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and serve hot to enjoy their juiciness.
