Hot Honey Chicken Sliders
Juicy and spicy chicken sliders with a sweet honey glaze, melted cheese, and toasted brioche buns.

Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast
- 15 tablespoon of sweet paprika
- 10 tablespoon of onion powder
- 10 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 3 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 6 teaspoon of black pepper
- 15 tablespoon of Salt
- 15 tablespoon of cooking spray
- 75 units red onion
- 30 tablespoon of Sweet corn
- 90 g low-fat cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoon of Oregano
- 60 ml hot sauce
- 10 to taste honey
- 30 tablespoon of light mayonnaise
- 15 tablespoon of sriracha
- 5 teaspoon of honey
- 300 slice of brioche bread
- 100 g low-fat Swiss cheese
- 50 to taste pickles
- 250 g mozzarella
- 15 tablespoon of light butter
- 3 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 5 to taste parsley
Method
- Cut the chicken breast into strips.
- In a dish, mix the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Coat the chicken strips in the spice mixture until well covered.
- Chop the red onion.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing light mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the light butter, garlic paste, and parsley.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Heat a large pan with cooking spray over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken strips for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Dice the cooked chicken into small cubes.
- Add the chopped red onion and sweet corn to the same pan, cooking until the onion is soft.
- Add the diced chicken, low-fat cheddar cheese, oregano, hot sauce, and a drizzle of honey to the pan.
- Stir everything over low heat until the cheese melts and the ingredients are combined.
- Place the bottom halves of the brioche buns on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of Swiss cheese, pickles, the spicy chicken mixture, and a portion of shredded mozzarella on each bun.
- Close the sliders with the top halves of the brioche buns.
- Brush the tops of the buns with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
- Serve the hot sliders with a portion of the sriracha and honey sauce prepared earlier.
