  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  2. In a dish, mix the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Coat the chicken strips in the spice mixture until well covered.
  4. Chop the red onion.
  5. Prepare the sauce by mixing light mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the light butter, garlic paste, and parsley.
  7. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  8. Heat a large pan with cooking spray over medium heat.
  9. Cook the chicken strips for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  10. Dice the cooked chicken into small cubes.
  11. Add the chopped red onion and sweet corn to the same pan, cooking until the onion is soft.
  12. Add the diced chicken, low-fat cheddar cheese, oregano, hot sauce, and a drizzle of honey to the pan.
  13. Stir everything over low heat until the cheese melts and the ingredients are combined.
  14. Place the bottom halves of the brioche buns on a baking sheet.
  15. Spread a layer of Swiss cheese, pickles, the spicy chicken mixture, and a portion of shredded mozzarella on each bun.
  16. Close the sliders with the top halves of the brioche buns.
  17. Brush the tops of the buns with the garlic butter mixture.
  18. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  19. Serve the hot sliders with a portion of the sriracha and honey sauce prepared earlier.
