Ingredients
- 400 units potato
- 5 to taste salt
- 20 to taste olive oil
- 150 g cream cheese
- 5 to taste onion powder
- 80 g ham
- 100 g cheese
- 50 units egg
- 100 g panko
- 100 g corn flake
- 30 g Parmesan
Method
- Chop the potatoes and cook them in water with a little salt until tender.
- Drain the potatoes, mash them, and mix them with onion powder, cream cheese, and chopped ham in a bowl.
- Take portions of the mixture, flatten them slightly, place a piece of cheese in the center, close to form a ball, and shape it into a round.

- Dip each ball first in the beaten egg and then in the corn flake and Parmesan mixture. Repeat the coating twice for extra crispiness.
- Lightly spray the coated balls with olive oil.
- Cook in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, or in an oven for 14 minutes, until golden and crispy.
