Crispy Potato, Tuna and Avocado Toast
A refreshing summer recipe with a crispy potato base, marinated tuna, and a creamy avocado sauce.

Ingredients
- 150 units potato
- 60 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g tuna
- 15 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 5 teaspoon of mustard
- 15 tablespoon of lime juice
- 10 to taste olive oil
- 85 units avocado
- 60 g plain yogurt
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste Pepper
- 15 g parsley
Method
- Cut the tuna into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the tuna with soy sauce, mustard, lime juice, and olive oil.
- Blend the avocado with natural yogurt, salt, pepper, and parsley until a smooth sauce is obtained.
- Wrap the potato in damp paper towel and cook it in the microwave for 10 minutes.
- Slice the cooked potato.
- Place a layer of grated cheese on a hot grill.
- Arrange the potato slices over the cheese and cover with another layer of grated cheese.
- Cook for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy.
- Place the crispy potato and cheese base on a plate.
- Spread the dressed tuna over the toast and add the avocado sauce on top.
