- 100 leaf of iceberg lettuce
- 170 units avocado
- 120 units tomato
- 40 units pickle
- 40 slice of cheddar cheese

- 2 to taste salt
Method
- Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves and dry them carefully to prevent them from breaking, reserving the largest ones for the base and top.
- Slice the avocado thinly.
- Slice the tomato, add salt, and let it rest for a few minutes to release excess water.
- Slice the pickles.
- Heat a pan with a little olive oil over high heat.
- Place the burger in the pan and sear it intensely, pressing it lightly to release its juices.
- Lower the heat and cook until the meat is done to your liking.
- Place a lettuce leaf as a base and spread the avocado slices and a teaspoon of light mayonnaise on top.
- Add the tomato slices, pickles, and cheddar cheese over the avocado.
- Place the hot burger on top of the cheese to melt it slightly, and close with another lettuce leaf as a lid.
