  1. Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves and dry them carefully to prevent them from breaking, reserving the largest ones for the base and top.
  2. Slice the avocado thinly.
  3. Slice the tomato, add salt, and let it rest for a few minutes to release excess water.
  4. Slice the pickles.
  5. Heat a pan with a little olive oil over high heat.
  6. Place the burger in the pan and sear it intensely, pressing it lightly to release its juices.
  7. Lower the heat and cook until the meat is done to your liking.
  8. Place a lettuce leaf as a base and spread the avocado slices and a teaspoon of light mayonnaise on top.
  9. Add the tomato slices, pickles, and cheddar cheese over the avocado.
  10. Place the hot burger on top of the cheese to melt it slightly, and close with another lettuce leaf as a lid.
