Sticky Soy Chicken and Egg Fried Rice
A high-protein meal prep recipe featuring sticky soy chicken and egg fried rice, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 30 tablespoon of Chinese five-spice powder
- 5 units fresh chili
- 15 clove of garlic clove
- 75 units red onion
- 60 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
- 45 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 30 units scallion
- 370 cup of long-grain rice
- 180 units egg
- 50 g frozen peas
Method
- Dice the chicken breast into uniform pieces.
- Finely chop the chili, garlic cloves, and red onion.
- Slice the spring onion thinly.
- Whisk the eggs in a small bowl.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan along with the garlic, onion, chili, and Chinese five-spice powder.
- Cook until the chicken is golden brown.
- Stir in the spring onion, sweet chili sauce, and dark soy sauce, mixing well to combine the flavors.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything until the rice turns a golden color.
- Move the mixture to one side of the pan.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space in the pan and add a dash of soy sauce over them.
- Scramble the eggs until set and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
- Add the frozen peas and cook for 3 minutes until tender.
- Serve the fried rice in individual containers for your meals of the week.
