Fluffy Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients
- 120 units egg
- 38 tablespoon of sugar
- 5 dash of vanilla extract
- 240 cup of wheat flour
- 240 cup of milk
- 45 tablespoon of oil
Method
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract to the eggs and mix well.
- Gradually add the wheat flour and milk alternately while continuing to mix.
- Add the oil to the mixture and stir until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
- Pour a portion of batter onto the hot pan.
- Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
- Carefully flip the pancake.
- Cook on the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
- Stack the pancakes on a serving plate.
- Decorate to taste before serving.
