Homemade Protein Bars
Easy-to-prepare protein bars, perfect for post-workout or as a quick snack.

Ingredients
- 45 tablespoon of oat flour
- 45 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 60 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 60 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 60 tablespoon of honey
- 60 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 100 tablespoon of milk
- 50 to taste melting chocolate
- 20 to taste puffed quinoa
Method
- Place the oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and protein powder in a bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the center.
- Mix all ingredients very well.
- Gradually add milk until a firm dough forms.
- Combine everything until you get a uniform dough.
- Place the dough on baking paper.
- Use a mold to spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Cut into bars of the desired size.
- Melt the melting chocolate.
- Spread chocolate over the top of the bars.
- Sprinkle puffed quinoa on top.
