Sugar-free banana pancakes

Ingredients
- 680 units banana
- 240 units egg
- 5 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 240 cup of milk
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 360 cup of self-rising flour
Method
- Peel the bananas and place them in a large bowl.
- Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the eggs to the banana mash and beat well.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, milk, and sunflower oil.
- Mix all ingredients until a well-combined batter is formed.
- Add the self-rising flour and stir until no lumps remain.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour a portion of batter onto the hot pan.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look set.
- Flip the hotcake and cook on the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter until finished.
- Stack the hotcakes on a plate.
- Serve immediately while hot.
