Vegetables with Chickpeas and Goat Cheese in Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 75 units onion
- 60 units carrot
- 100 units potato
- 125 units zucchini
- 200 g cooked chickpeas
- 50 g goat cheese log
- 5 to taste paprika
- 15 to taste olive oil
- 2 to taste oregano
- 5 to taste salt
Method
- Dice the onion, carrot, potato, and zucchini.
- Mix the chopped vegetables in a bowl with oil, salt, and oregano.
- Cut the goat cheese log into small portions.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the paprika, chickpeas, and goat cheese portions over the vegetables.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve the vegetables, chickpeas, and cheese directly in a deep plate.
