  1. Clean the mushrooms and set aside. Finely chop the spring onions and garlic cloves.
  2. Toast the bread slices in the oven, flipping them to brown on both sides.
  3. In a pan, sauté the chopped spring onions, chopped garlic cloves, and cayenne pepper. Add a tablespoon of flour and stir.
  4. Add the cleaned mushrooms, ham, salt to taste, a small glass of white wine, and a little water. Cook for 60,000 minutes before adding chopped parsley.
  5. Place the slices of ham on the toasted bread for a fun touch.
