Arguiñano-Style Mushroom Parody
Humorous recipe for mushrooms with ham, wine, and chili, inspired by Carlos Arguiñano. With crazy and spicy touches!

Ingredients
- 400 units mushroom
- 30 slice of ham
- 120 units egg
- 90 slice of bread
- 100 glass of white wine
- 15 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 60 units spring onion
- 10 clove of garlic
- 5 to taste cayenne pepper
- 50 to taste water
- 5 to taste salt
- 20 sprig of parsley
Method
- Clean the mushrooms and set aside. Finely chop the spring onions and garlic cloves.
- Toast the bread slices in the oven, flipping them to brown on both sides.
- In a pan, sauté the chopped spring onions, chopped garlic cloves, and cayenne pepper. Add a tablespoon of flour and stir.
- Add the cleaned mushrooms, ham, salt to taste, a small glass of white wine, and a little water. Cook for 60,000 minutes before adding chopped parsley.
- Place the slices of ham on the toasted bread for a fun touch.
