Classic Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 170 g butter
- 65 g cocoa powder
- 10 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 200 g brown sugar
- 150 g muscovado sugar
- 180 units egg
- 94 g wheat flour
- 3 teaspoon of Salt
- 85 cup of chocolate chips
- 60 cup of walnuts
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, muscovado sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Beat the mixture for 5 minutes until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and add the cocoa powder.
- Mix the butter well with the cocoa until integrated and a rich chocolate cream is obtained.
- Incorporate the chocolate mixture into the bowl with the eggs and sugar, gently mixing everything.
- Add the flour and salt to the batter.
- Add the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Pour the batter into a pre-prepared square pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding.
- Cut the brownies into pieces and serve.
