Oat and Almond Pancakes
Soft and fluffy pancakes, wheat flour-free, made with oats and almonds. Perfect for a healthy and varied breakfast.

Ingredients
- 67.5 cup of oat flakes
- 90 cup of almond flour
- 15 tablespoon of panela
- 1 to taste salt
- 5 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 to taste ground cinnamon
- 240 cup of semi-skimmed milk
- 60 units egg
- 5 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 15 to taste butter
- 15 to taste ghee
Method
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Heat a griddle or pan over low heat.
- Add a little butter or ghee and spread well.
- Pour dollops of dough with a spoon.
- When the edges look golden, flip them.
- Cook for a couple more minutes and remove.
- Serve with honey, fruit, peanut butter, or almond butter.
