Stuffed Zucchini Pouches
Easy and quick recipe for crispy zucchini parcels filled with ham and cheese, perfect as a healthy appetizer.

Ingredients
- 500 units zucchini
- 60 slice of ham
- 80 slice of cheese
- 20 to taste grated Parmesan
- 5 to taste salt
- 15 to taste olive oil
Method
- Thinly slice the zucchini with a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
- Season the zucchini slices with salt and pat dry with paper towels to absorb excess water.
- Place two slightly overlapping zucchini slices, then add slices of cheese and a slice of ham on top.
- Add two more zucchini slices, crossing over the previous ones, more cheese slices, and finish with two more slices.
- Close the assembly in a pouch shape to prevent the cheese from escaping and brush with olive oil.
- Cook the pouches in an air fryer for 12 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
- Add grated Parmesan on top and gratin for 3 more minutes at the same temperature.
- Oven alternative: cook for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, add Parmesan, and bake for 4 more minutes.
