Ingredients
- 400 g cooked chickpea
- 75 units onion
- 5 clove of clove of garlic
- 5 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 5 teaspoon of onion powder
- 100 units carrot
- 30 teaspoon of cream cheese
- 20 teaspoon of breadcrumbs
- 5 to taste salt
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 10 to taste olive oil
- 150 small glass of Greek yogurt
- 15 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 30 to taste pickled cucumber
- 15 dash of soy sauce
Method

- Grate the carrot. Place the rinsed chickpeas, chopped onion, minced garlic clove, grated carrot, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a food processor.
- Process everything until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well to make it more manageable.
- Form nuggets with the mixture. For the sauce, chop the pickles and mix them in a bowl with the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the nuggets in the air fryer.
- Cook the nuggets at 180°C for 15 minutes. Halfway through cooking, flip them over so they brown on both sides.
- Remove the nuggets from the air fryer when they are golden brown. Serve with the creamy sauce.
