Lazy Omelette with Brie and Iberian Ham

Ingredients
- 180 units eggs
- 70 g Brie cheese
- 60 slice of jamón ibérico
- 15 g chives
- 15 to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 2 to taste paprika
- 5 to taste salt
Method
- Cut the Brie cheese into uniform cubes.
- Finely chop the chives.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- Add salt to the eggs and beat them lightly with a fork until the structure breaks.
- Heat a non-stick pan with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the hot pan.
- Distribute the Brie cheese cubes over the egg surface while it still looks slightly liquid.
- Carefully slide the omelet onto a plate, keeping it open.
- Place the folded slices of jamón ibérico on top of the hot omelet.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and add a touch of paprika on top.
