Breakfast Berry Crumble
Delicious fresh berry crumble with a crunchy oat topping, perfect for starting your day with organic, dairy-free fruits.

Ingredients
- 150 g blueberry
- 150 g strawberry
- 150 g raspberry
- 150 g pomegranate
- 50 unit lemon
- 15 tablespoon of chia seed
- 180 g oat flakes
- 45 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- 45 tablespoon of mixed seeds
- 5 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 45 tablespoon of almond butter
- 45 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 45 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 to taste salt
- 0 g coconut yogurt
- 0 g pomegranate
- 0 ml maple syrup
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan) and prepare a large oven-safe dish.
- Combine raspberries, blueberries, chopped strawberries, and pomegranate in the dish. Add lemon juice and chia seeds, and stir well.
- In a bowl, mix oat flakes, ground flaxseed, mixed seeds, cinnamon, almond butter, maple syrup, olive oil, and a pinch of salt until you get a crumbly, lumpy mixture.
- Pour the crumble mixture over the fruits and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm to the touch. If it browns too quickly, cover it with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes.
- Let cool a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with thick coconut yogurt, extra pomegranate, and a drizzle of maple syrup, or enjoy it cold.
