High Protein Breakfast McMuffins
Easy and delicious homemade high protein breakfast muffins, perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients
- 360 units egg
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste Pepper
- 15 g chives
- 600 g ground beef
- 180 slice of bacon
- 360 slice of muffin bun
- 120 slice of Cheddar Cheese
- 60 tablespoon of spicy mayonnaise
Method
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, and chopped chives to the beaten eggs and mix well.
- Divide the ground beef into equal portions and form into balls.
- Cut the cheddar cheese slices into portions suitable for the size of the muffins.
- Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature for baking eggs.
- Pour the egg mixture into a previously greased oven-safe mold.
- Bake the eggs for 5 minutes until set.
- Remove the mold from the oven and cut the egg omelet into equal portions.
- Heat a large pan over high heat.
- Cook the bacon slices in the pan until golden.
- Place the meat balls in the pan and flatten them with your hand until thin.
- Cook the meat patties for 2 minutes on each side.
- Toast the muffin buns.
- Spread the spicy mayonnaise on the top half of the bun.
- Place the meat patty on the bottom half of the bun, add the cheese slice and the egg slice.
- Close the muffin with the top half and repeat the process with the remaining units.
