Millionaire Cookie Bars
A delicious cookie base with chocolate chips, topped with creamy caramel and a layer of milk chocolate.

Ingredients
- 60 g brown sugar
- 50 g white sugar
- 120 g salted butter
- 180 g wheat flour
- 2 g baking soda
- 60 units egg
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 150 g brown sugar
- 25 g honey
- 175 g salted butter
- 397 jar of condensed milk
- 5 units vanilla
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 2 to taste fleur de sel
Method
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and mix until the dough is smooth.
- Add the flour and baking soda, mixing well.
- Add the chopped dark chocolate and mix to distribute it through the dough.
- Spread the dough evenly in a square oven-safe pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla seeds over low heat.
- Add the condensed milk to the saucepan, stirring constantly.
- Pour the caramel over the cake once it has completely cooled.
- Melt the milk chocolate.
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Bake the cookie dough for 13 minutes.
- Bring the caramel mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Cook the caramel with the condensed milk over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the well-chilled caramel layer.
- Sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel over the chocolate.
- Let the chocolate harden, cut into squares, and serve.
