Ingredients
- 240 units banana
- 60 units egg
- 35 g chocolate protein powder
- 15 g pure cocoa powder
- 50 ml almond drink
- 10 g sugar-free chocolate chips
Method
- Peel the bananas and place them in a large bowl.
- Mash the bananas with a fork until you get a smooth puree.
- Add the egg, chocolate protein powder, pure cocoa powder, and almond drink to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Fold the sugar-free chocolate chips into the batter and stir gently.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Pour the mixture into a pre-prepared oven-safe mold.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
