Nutella Cookie Pie
A decadent dessert with crispy cookie dough and an irresistible molten hazelnut cream center.

Ingredients
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 120 g brown sugar
- 80 g white sugar
- 60 units egg
- 5 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 250 g wheat flour
- 3 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 to taste Salt
- 150 g chocolate chips
- 200 g hazelnut spread
Method
- Beat the butter with brown sugar and white sugar in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until the mixture is glossy.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing with a spatula just until combined.
- Add half of the chocolate chips to the dough.
- Line an oven-safe pan with parchment paper and place a portion of the dough on the bottom.
- Distribute the frozen hazelnut cream portions over the dough.
- Cover with the remaining dough, making sure to seal the edges well.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Decorate the surface with the remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the outside is golden and crispy.
- Let the dessert cool in the pan for 15 minutes before unmolding.
