Homemade creamy dulce de leche and lemon ice cream

Ingredients
- 350 ml cream
- 350 g dulce de leche
- 50 g chocolate
- 250 g condensed milk
- 350 ml cream
- 160 units lemon
Method
- Pour the cream into a large bowl and beat until medium peaks form.
- Add the dulce de leche to the whipped cream and mix until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
- Fold the chocolate pieces into the mixture and stir gently.
- Prepare the second option by pouring the condensed milk, cream, and lemon juice into a bowl.
- Beat the lemon mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Place both containers in the freezer for a minimum of four hours.
- Serve the dulce de leche ice cream, garnished with extra chocolate pieces.
- Finish the lemon ice cream by sprinkling lemon zest on top before serving.
